Skalcem 100 - How To Instructions

Mixture:

Add cold water to Skalcem 100 at this ratio:
5-6 litres of water per 10 kg

Agitation:

Use a drilling machine mounted with a stirring wheel.
The mixture must be used within two hours.

Wetting:

Skalcem 100 is moisture-curing, and the surface must be wetted thoroughly before starting the work.

Wait a few minutes before applying the mixture to allow time for the water to penetrate into the surface.

Application:

Best results are achieved by using a synthetic, long pile paint brush. However, limer and brush may also be used.

Remember to wet the surface if a second coat is necessary after 3-4 days.
