Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof is a water-repellent thin plaster with very versatile properties that overturn traditional plaster product applications. Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof adheres to surfaces where conventional mortar comes off, even on moist surfaces.

Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof protects treated and untreated surfaces against water penetration. It is thus excellent for treating and repairing bases, stairways, chimneys and windbreaks. Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof is also excellent for exposed facade areas, such as sills and overhangs as well as damp basement walls and other indoor treatments where proofing is required against water and moisture. At the same time, Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof has high diffusion capacity, allowing the wall to breathe.

Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof is an extremely flexible plaster with very high adhesiveness. Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof adheres to all secure and sustainable surfaces, even on previously painted surfaces. Apply as conventional plaster and as a "slurry layer" indoors and outdoors. Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof is just as easy to work with as conventional plaster products and cures without contraction cracks in plaster layers.

Application

Apply Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof with mason's steel float or filling knife. Upon application, let Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof dry for a few minutes before rubbing down the surface with a sponge. With a layer thickness of more than 5 mm, first apply a layer to cover surface and let dry. Then apply a new layer and rub down surface with sponge. This procedure may be repeated several times. For higher volume with high layer thickness, add 10-25% dried quartz sand (grain size 0.4-0.8). Absorbent surfaces must be wetted beforehand before surfacing with Multi-Purpose Plaster Waterproof. The finished mixture must be used within 2 hours. Do not use in shower units, etc., in accordance with wet room regulations.
