Multi-Purpose Coverage Wall Paint is a flexible facade paint with high diffusion capacity, which allows the wall to breathe. Multi-Purpose Coverage Wall Paint protects the facade and adds to it an appealing, elegant and dull finish.
Multi-Purpose Coverage Wall Paint has excellent soil and water repelling properties and is very easy to clean. Multi-Purpose Coverage Wall Paint adheres to surfaces through a unique combination of silicate and acrylic. This gives it a very long useful life. Multi-Purpose Coverage Wall Paint is easy to use and provides excellent coverage. Multi-Purpose Coverage Wall Paint can be used on both untreated and previously painted facades. The underlying surface must be clean, permanent and sustainable. Multi-Purpose Coverage Wall Paint is available in 4 pre-mixed and timeless colours.

PLEASE NOTE: New brick facades should be at least 2 years old before painted.
Cleaning / Priming
The underlying surface must be clean, dry and sustainable. Remove incrustations with Skalflex Multi-Purpose Cleaner prior to treatment.
Remove any concrete slurry, mould oil, grease and underlying layers with severe contamination with Skalflex Basic Cleaner and water.
Prime absorbent, highly absorbent and unevenly absorbent underlying layers with Skalflex Multi-Purpose Primer.
Skalflex Multi-Purpose Primer is an aqueous alkali-proof adhesion primer for priming of absorbent and mildly contaminating underlying layers.
Skalflex Multi-Purpose Primer has excellent penetration properties and can be used indoors and outdoors.
Skalflex Multi-Purpose Primer ensures good adhesion of subsequent paint treatments.
Skalflex Multi-Purpose Primer with added tracer is excellent on limewash, plaster, concrete, lightweight concrete, air-entrained concrete, brick and other mineral surfaces.
Apply Skalflex Multi-Purpose Primer until surface is saturated. Should not form any film.
