Skalflex Base paint
Properties:
Skalflex Base paint is an acrylic paint noted for its great covering power and adhesive properties.
The paint adheres to all mineral substrates, including plaster, concrete, gas concrete and LECA substrates as well as all previously painted surfaces.
Skalflex Base paint is highly water- and weatherproof and is known for its high wear resistance and long-lasting properties.
Do not use on tar or asphalt.
Application:
- The base must be dry and properly cured.
- Remove any algae and impurities with Skalflex All Purpose Cleaner before applying paint.
- Remove any flaking paint from previously painted surfaces.
- Prime mineral, slightly wet and previously painted surfaces with Skalflex Multi-purpose Primer before painting with Skalflex Base paint.
- Apply paint in 1-2 coats by brush or roller.

Priming:
Multi-purpose Primer is a clear turpentine based primer that is applied by broom, roller or sprayer. Multi-purpose Primer has diffusion and unique penetration capacities in connection with porous masonry. The surface must be completely cured and dry before priming with Multi-purpose Primer. Do not use on tar or asphalt.
