Plastering trowel (13 x 48 cm or 13 x 38 cm)
Because of their size and design, these plastering trowels are excellent for applying Skaltherm Base Plaster and Skalcem S 2000/CF 2000.

The 13 x 38 cm trowel comes in the ”Brick pattern kit”, but may be purchased “in bulk” as well.

Jointers

Use Skalflex jointers to create the ”joints” in Brick pattern. The tool is patented and can only be used in connection with Skaltherm Base Plaster. We have tested the jointers in other types of mortar and have seen bad results in the final outcome. The technique involves cutting the joints, so that they are sharp at the edges. This gives the most realistic look in the finished ”limewashed” wall. The jointers come in the ”Brick pattern kit”, but may be purchased ”in bulk” as well.
